Second person charged in Olympic torch incident

Guelph Police say a second person is facing charges in connection with an incident last Monday.
An Olympic torchbearer was knocked to the ground by a protestor.
Police say a 19-year-old Kitchener woman was arrested at the time of the incident.
Today, a 20-year-old Guelph woman was charged with assault and is due back in court later this month.
