A fight between two large groups in Waterloo early January 1st

The altercation broke out in the area of Hickory Street West and Spruce Street around 1:45 am after two neighbouring New Years parties at homes had let out onto the street. All those involved had been drinking according to Police.
Police say three men were stabbed, while a fourth victim suffered from facial injuries after being kicked. All 4 were taken to hospital. None of the injuries were believed to be life threatening.
