Police continue to investigate two attempted robberies in Cambridge

Police have released several photos of a person they are looking to speak with in connection with two attempted robberies in Cambridge.

They happened back on November 14.

ORIGINAL STORY:

An investigation is underway in Cambridge into a pair of attempted robberies.

Both happened shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday, November 14 in the area of Franklin Boulevard and Main Street.

Police say a suspect demanded the victim turn over their vehicle. He also stated he had a gun, but no weapon was ever seen.

The victim fought off the suspect, who then fled the area on foot.

According to police, several minutes later, the suspect approached another vehicle parked behind a business. The suspect allegedly pulled a knife and demanded their vehicle. The victim exited their vehicle and ran into a store, the suspect took off on foot.
