King St. East in Kitchener back open following collision (update)

A stretch of King Street East has reopened following a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning.

It was shut down between Fairway Road and River Road for several hours.

Police say one person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries, however, police say they are not believed to be life-threatening.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
