Drugs seized at Cambridge bus terminal, two men face charges

On February 14, 2020, members of the South Division Community Oriented Response Enforcement (CORE) team conducted an investigation at the Grand River Transit terminal located at Ainslie Street South in Cambridge.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of two adult males.
Both males were charged with being in possession of a schedule I substance- fentanyl, and one male was also charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking-Crystal Methamphetamine.
As a result of the investigation, police seized suspected fentanyl and suspected crystal methamphetamine along with currency and two knives.
