It was close, but Titans drop opener

The KW Titans opened the 2018-19 NBL Canada season with a 115-112 loss to the Sudbury Five at The Aud on Sunday afternoon.

Flenard Whitfield led the way for the Titans with 24 points.

Ed Horton had 20 and Derek Hall put in 19.

The Titans are back in action Thursday night.

They will host Windsor at The Aud at 7 p.m.
