Kitchener man watching YouTube videos rolls through RIDE program

A 60-year-old man from Kitchener allegedly drove through a RIDE program at the intersection of Durham Road East and Garafraxa Street North in Durham on Monday.

West Grey Police officers were met by a man who was watching a YouTube video on his cell phone while driving.

He was pulled over and issued a ticket for Drive – Display Screen Visible to Driver.
