It's the second busiest holiday of the year after Christmas.
Carrie Peart is a co-owner of Reid's Chocolate, Candy and Nut shop along side her brother Ted Drew-Smith.
She says they prepare well in advance for a surge in sales. “It gets pretty busy, because it is generally a chocolate focused gift giving time, so it is a good one for us.”
Although it gets hectic, Peart says it's a great time of year, “you feed off the rush, it's awesome, it's keeping costumers happy, it's a happy business, when people come in, it's a good place to be.”
This year they added blue raspberry, chocolate orange and coconut cream flavours to their cream filled egg collection.
Along with the cream filled eggs their signature tortoise and chocolate bunnies seem to hop off the shelves.
Make sure to stop in and grab some Easter treats for that some-bunny special.
