Berry Vrbanovic has won a second term as mayor of Kitchener.
He tells 570 NEWS it's "extremely humbling" to be re-elected.
Vrbanovic received over 85 per cent of the vote.
"As mayor I've certainly worked hard over the last four years and have had incredible response from the community throughout the campaign," he said.
"To see those kind of results ... has given me pause to truly feel extremely fortunate, but also a real drive to make sure we deliver on great things for the community going forward."
Vrbanovic expects a lot of the focus in the next four years to be placed on issues such as affordable housing, homelessness and dealing with social issues around addictions.
"That's really going to be a priority and we've heard that from the community, which is encouraging."
