Liberal Tim Louis has been re-elected in Kitchener-Conestoga.
Elections Canada updated its website on Thursday afternoon, showing Louis received 19,975 votes.
He bested Conservative Carlene Hawley by just 528 votes.
Louis was first elected in 2019. In that election he captured 39.7 per cent of the vote, this time around it was 39.2 per cent.
The Canadian Press had initially declared Hawley the winner, but later retracted that prediction early Tuesday morning.
