Antisemitic graffiti prompts police investigation in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police are now investigating an incident of hateful graffiti in Kitchener.

It was just before 9 a.m. on Thursday when police received a report of graffiti spotted on several Canada Post mailboxes in the Casey Drive area of Kitchener.

Police note that graffiti includes antisemitic comments.

It’s believed that those mailboxes were marked with that graffiti some time over the last seven days.

Anyone with information that could assist police in their investigation is asked to contact them at 519-570-9777.

Anonymous information can also be submitted to Waterloo Crime Stoppers – either online or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
