Student at Cambridge high school assaulted, robbed

Police are investigating a robbery at a Cambridge high school.

A student was allegedly assaulted and robbed of their personal property on Wednesday around 11:30 a.m.

The school has not been identified.

Police said the victim did not sustain any major physical injuries.

The robber is described as an unknown male youth, who fled after the incident.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call Waterloo Regional Police at 519-570-9777 or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers.
