Police investigating armed robbery in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for a suspect in connection with an armed robbery in Kitchener.
It happened shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday at a business in the area of River Road East and Fairway Road North.
A male suspect, who police say had a handgun and knife, entered the business and demanded cash. The suspect then fled the area on foot with cash.
The suspect is described as male, approximately 5’10” tall, with a heavy build, wearing blue shoes, black pants, and a hooded jacket with white lettering on the sleeve. He was also wearing a black mask.
