KCI student uses duct tape to create prom dress, vying for $10K prize

It's a one-of-its-kind prom dress and it could lead to a $10,000 scholarship.
Avalon Hagerman is a student at KCI and has been named a Top 10 finalist in Duck Brand's Stuck-at-Prom contest.
Hagerman is the only Canadian finalist to be featured in the duct tape prom dress category.
Community voting for the contest runs until July 13 and a winner will be announced 'on or about' July 31.
