Treats in the Streets returns to Uptown Waterloo

Treats in the Streets is returning to Uptown Waterloo this Halloween.

The family-friendly event is happening October 31 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Children can dress up in costume and trick-or-treat at participating businesses, which will be adhering to public health protocols including social distancing.

There will also be some pop-up street performers and other Halloween-themed activities.

A map outlining participating businesses will be released on the Uptown Waterloo BIA's website next week, ahead of the event.
