Waterloo-based OpenText is acquiring U.S.-based Liaison Technologies in a $310 million (USD) deal.
In a release, OpenText says the deal will allow the company to improve their services in life sciences and healthcare.
Liaison specializes in cloud-based business and data management solutions.
The transaction is expected to close within 90 days and is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
