New CEO at Habitat for Humanity

Karen Coviello Scian is joining Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region.
She takes over as CEO for Karen Redman, who has resigned to run for Regional Chair.
“I look forward to joining the team at Habitat for Humanity and continuing their important work in addressing the housing needs for low-income families in our community. Habitat for Humanity is an exceptional organizational locally and internationally,” said Scian.
The former Waterloo City Councillor will wind down her consulting business, so she can dedicate herself full-time to the role of CEO.
