Pedestrian killed by train in Puslinch

A pedestrian has died after being hit by a train in Puslinch this afternoon.

According to Wellington County OPP, it happened on the Canadian Pacific rail line on Sideroad 20, north of Gore Road, around 3 p.m.

The person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Details are limited, but police say they continue to investigate and will provide updates as they become available.
