Multiple charges laid following stabbing in Cambridge

An investigation from regional police has now seen charges laid for a stabbing incident that occurred in Cambridge.

That incident happened on March 18 sometime around 9:45 p.m. at a residence near Concession St and Christopher St.

A 25-year-old victim was taken to an out of region hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

An investigation followed, and now police have arrested a 36-year-old man who is facing multiple charges.

Those charges are as follows:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Carry Concealed Weapon
  • Assault Cause Bodily Harm
  • Robbery
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Breach Probation 

That man has since been held for a bail hearing.
