Suspicious man reported at Waterloo rec center

Officers are looking into reports of a suspicious man at the Albert McCormick Community Centre on Parkside Drive in Waterloo.
According to police, an unknown man tried to interact with two youths inside the building on Wednesday afternoon.
The kids left the area and had no further interactions with the man.
He is described as Black, between 20 and 30 years of age, tall, slim build, and police say he was wearing a black balaclava over the lower half of his face.
Police say they are looking to speak with the man.
