OPP search for suspect in Shakespeare gas station robbery

Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are searching for a suspect after a break-and-enter at a gas station in Shakespeare.

Perth OPP says it received a report of the incident in progress around 4:30 a.m.

The vehicle allegedly used during the incident is described as a white RAM 2500 pickup truck with an extended cab. The vehicle was last seen heading northbound on Perth Road 107.

The person of interest was wearing black pants, a black jacket and hood, and black footwear. Perth OPP say there may be a second person involved as well.

The gas station remains open to the public, but the store front has been closed for the time being as the investigation continues.
