Buses cancelled on Wednesday with schools open

Heavy snowfall and poor road conditions have all school buses, taxis and special education routes cancelled in Waterloo Region on Wednesday.

This includes transportation for students in both the Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB) and Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB).

All public and Catholic schools are open, this includes for community programs and extended day childcare programs.

St. Louis online, daytime, and evening classes are also open at all locations.

However, the WRDSB noted games and competitions for Waterloo County Secondary School Athletics Association (WCSSAA) are cancelled.
