The drive through Cambridge just got a bit easier.
The Region of Waterloo said Phase 1 of road improvements on Maple Grove Road is now complete.
This past year, crews have been out on Maple Grove between Beaverdale and Fisher Mills roads.
The bulk of the work has been on a new roundabout at Maple Grove and Hespeler Road, widening Maple Grove to four lanes, and stormwater and drainage infrastructure improvements.
Phase 1 also included rehabilitation of the Ellis (Chilligo) Creek Bridge.
