Wilmot Township break-in believed to be targeted: WRPS

Regional police say they believe a Halloween break-in in Wilmot Township was a targeted incident.

Around 8:30 p.m. Friday, four suspects allegedly entered a home on Bethel Road and stole property before fleeing the scene.

A resident in the home tried to stop the thieves but was assaulted. The resident suffered minor physical injuries as a result of the altercation.

A description of the suspects was not made available.

The investigation is ongoing.
