You can join GRT’s new Transit Customer Panel

You can help shape the future of Grand River Transit.

GRT is putting together a new Transit Customer Panel and the agency is hoping to hear from diverse riders who take the bus, the ION, or use MobilityPlus services.

Panel members will participate in various surveys and they’ll get a $20 GRT gift card each time.

Those gift cards can be used for transit fares or GRT merchandise.

“In order to meet the needs of our customers and plan for the future, we need to hear from the people who use the services,” said Regional Chair Karen Redman in a release. “This panel will give customers a chance to share their thoughts and have a direct impact on improving the very services they rely on.”
