Thursday will be a snow day for most students in Waterloo Region.
Both the Waterloo Region District School Board and Waterloo Catholic District School Board say all of their schools will be closed Feb. 13.
It’s because of a major winter storm that’s expected to bring up to 25 cm of snow.

STSWR said all school buses, taxis and special education routes will be cancelled.
The WRDSB said its education centre, extended day programs, and school-based child care centres will also be closed.
The WCDSB said all programs and services at the St. Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education Centres will be cancelled. St. Louis sites will be closed, along with extended day childcare programs.
