Regional police are now on the hunt for three male suspects after a reported jewellery store robbery at Cambridge Centre Mall.
It was around 8:15 p.m. Monday when officers responded to reports of a robbery at the shopping centre on Hespeler Road. It’s alleged that three males armed with hammers and carrying duffel bags made their way into a jewellery store in the mall, smashing display cases and stealing merchandise.
Those suspects are believed to have fled to an awaiting getaway vehicle in the parking lot.
The suspects have been described as brown males with thin builds, believed to be in their late teens or early 20s.
No one was injured during the robbery.
