Fog advisory ends for Waterloo Region

There was dense fog during the Monday morning commute.

Environment Canada issued a fog advisory for Waterloo Region, warning of near-zero visibility fog that developed in the area.

Motorists were warned that the fog could create hazardous travel conditions.

The fog advisory was lifted around 1 p.m.
