Freezing rain warning lifted for Waterloo Region

A freezing rain warning issued for Waterloo Region has since ended.

The warning was issued by Environment Canada on Sunday morning, calling for patchy freezing rain or drizzle mixed with snow to begin in the morning going into the afternoon.

Freezing rain can impact road conditions, as well as sidewalks, walkways and parking lots.

That freezing rain warning has since ended.
