Police investigating serious collision in Cambridge, motorcyclist sent to hospital

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a serious collision in Cambridge that sent a motorcyclist to hospital.

According to police, the incident happened on Saturday around 5 p.m. in the area of Franklin Blvd. and Morning Calm Dr.

Details are limited, but a motorcycle collided with another vehicle, possibly a white BMW according to police.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is ongoing, and police say charges are anticipated.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to call police at 519-570-9777.
