Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash in Woolwich Township

A fatal crash involving a motorcycle in Woolwich Township on Saturday is being investigated by Waterloo Regional Police.

According to officials, it happened just before 6 p.m. in the Floradale Road area.

A motorcycle collided with a tractor while travelling north on Floradale Road.

The driver, a 31-year-old man from Arthur, suffered extensive injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed for several hours while police investigated. It has since reopened.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with more information to contact them at 519-570-9777 extension 8856.
