Wellesley man airlifted after farm tractor rollover

A Wellesley man was airlifted to a trauma centre after a farm tractor rollover on Wellington Road 7.

Wellington County OPP said the crash happened Friday around 6:30 a.m. near Rothsay.

The farm tractor allegedly left the roadway, landed on its side, and the operator was injured.

The 54-year-old man from Wellesley was put in an air ambulance and taken to hospital. His injuries are described as being serious but non-life-threatening.

The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
