Road work for the week of Nov. 6

MONDAY, NOV. 6

Kitchener

Duke Street West has a lane reduction in effect from Young Street to College Street until the end of the day. Two-way traffic maintained with flagging operation; expect delays.

The intersection of Highland Road West and Queen’s Boulevard has a lane reduction in effect until Friday, November 17 for utility work. Two-way traffic maintained with Paid Duty Officer flagging operation.

The intersection of King Street East and Heldmann Road is partially closed until Friday, November 17 for concrete replacement. Two-way traffic maintained.

Ottawa Street South is closed between Nine-Pines Road and Fischer-Hallman Road until Friday, November 17 for utility work.

The intersection of Southmoor Drive and Yager Avenue is closed until the end of the day for sewer work. Local access to the area via Yager Avenue.

Waterloo

New Hampshire Street is closed between Atlantic Boulevard to University Avenue East until Friday. Road closed in front of 730 New Hampshire Street; no though traffic.

TUESDAY, NOV. 7

Kitchener

The intersection of Courtland Avenue East and Block Line Road is partially closed until Friday for utility work. Two-way traffic maintained; expect delays.

Waterloo

Braeside Avenue is closed from Allen Street East to Rodney Street until Tuesday for sewer work. Road closed at 87 Braeside Avenue; no through traffic.

Cambridge

The intersection of Water Street North and Simcoe Street is closed until Friday for sewer work. Closed to through traffic; open to businesses and residences.

Huron Street is partially closed from Hunter Street to Waterloo Street until the end of the day for a special event. Closure controlled by Waterloo Regional Police Services.

King Street East has a lane reduction in effect from Waterloo Street South to Dolph Street South until Thursday for a special event. Two-way traffic maintained; expect delays.
