Police investigating commercial robbery at Conestoga Mall

According to Waterloo Regional Police several masked suspects destroyed cases and robbed an electronics store at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo.
Police posted a message on social media at 9:20 p.m., Tuesday night, that they were on scene at the mall for a commercial robbery, and there would be an increased presence of officers.
The mall’s website says it closes at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights.
A follow-up post from police soon after 10:00 p.m. said eight male suspects wearing masks smashed display cases and stole merchandise at an electronics store.
Police say there were no injuries.
For now, there are no suspect descriptions and no word about any arrests.
