Missing St. Catharines teen may be in Waterloo Region

Investigators believe a missing teenager from St. Catharines could be in Waterloo Region.
Niagara Regional Police are searching for 16-year-old Damien Rotchill, who was last seen in St. Catharines on June 12.
According to police, Rotchill was given permission to take a bus to Kitchener to visit a friend.
A release from the Niagara Regional Police Service said, “Damien communicated later in the day stating he was not able to make it back to Niagara. Damien’s care givers have not heard from him since.”
It’s believed Rotchill is in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and is ‘known to be transient’, with police adding that Rotchill’s caregivers are concerned for his welfare.
Rotchill is described as being 5’10”, 125 pounds, and has short black hair.

Police in Niagara Falls are looking for Damien, 16.
He was last seen on June 12, 2023 in St. Catherines. Investigators believe he may be @RegionWaterloo.
