$1M lottery winner from Cambridge planning a few trips

Lori McKee of Cambridge is having a fantastic start to the new year.

McKee recently won $1 million with Instant Ultimate. She was one of the top prize winners from the draw on December 31.

She described herself as a weekly lottery player when picking up her cheque at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. “I just threw this ticket in a drawer and didn't expect to win. When I discovered I won, I was so shocked. It was unbelievable!”

McKee is now planning a trip to Portugal with her partner. “We're also going to Vegas to celebrate! The rest will go in the bank,”

The winning ticket was purchased at the Little Short Stop on Jamieson Parkway in Cambridge.
