Three people avoid being robbed in Kitchener by running from six bandits

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for information after an attempted robbery in the area of Ottawa Street South and Westmount Road East in Kitchener.

Police say three people were walking on a pathway in the area when they were approached by six males, who allegedly demanded personal property from the victims.

The three were able to run away and had nothing taken from them.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 519-570-9777 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
