Another Uptown Waterloo business closing for good

By Mark Pare

A staple of Uptown Waterloo has become the latest casualty of the pandemic.

Marbles Restaurant will be closing after November 27 due to the “unforeseeable strain that COVID-19 has put on our little restaurant.”

Fat Sparrow Group, who operate the restaurant, thanked the community for their support to the small business community and note they will have their full menu available until they close up for good.

Marbles has been serving customers in Uptown Waterloo since 1977.
