Police find fentanyl, weapons after call about suspected drunk driver

A call about a suspected impaired driver led to police finding fentanyl and weapons.

The incident happened on Kingsway Drive in Kitchener on Friday.

Police located the subject vehicle when arriving at the scene.

As a result of the investigation, police seized a quantity of suspected fentanyl, an imitation firearm and two prohibited knives.

A 29-year-old Kitchener man is facing drugs and weapons-related offences.
