Food hall to reopen at Kitchener Market

By CityNews Kitchener Staff

Food hall vendors will be welcomed back to the Kitchener Market on Saturday, August 1.

It's all part of the city's gradual reopening of city services.

The hall will be open from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.

“We are excited to be able to bring back more members of our Market family,” Cory Bluhm, Executive Director of Economic Development for the City of Kitchener said in a release.

“Health and safety continue to be our number one priority during our reopening. We hope shoppers will continue to follow necessary safety measures but will also enjoy the inviting atmosphere that has made the Kitchener Market such a special place to visit over the years.”

Tables, chairs, and shade tents will be set up outside, which will allow visitors to enjoy their takeout on-site.
