Waterloo Michaels location temporarily closed

The Michaels arts and crafts store located on Westmount Road in Waterloo has been closed temporarily.
The termination of lease notice says the tenancy of the business located at 50 Westmount Road North has been terminated effective June 29, 2020.
It claims failure to comply with the requirements to pay rent is the cause of the temporary closure.
The notice says the company has five days to remove personal property, or else it will be placed in storage or disposed of by the landlord.
