Charges pending after pedestrian hit on University Avenue
Regional Police say a 49-year-old pedestrian has been sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a crash in Waterloo on Friday afternoon.
Around 1 p.m., police were called to University Avenue and Sunview Street where a vehicle was reported to have hit a man walking nearby.
The 23-year-old man behind the wheel of the vehicle was not injured.

No other details have been released, but WRPS confirm to 570 NEWS that charges are pending.
