It’s almost time to turn back the clocks

A reminder that we “fall back” this weekend, as daylight saving time comes to an end.

For all those clocks that don’t change automatically – make sure you turn your clock back by one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.

Daylight saving is observed in almost 70 countries around the world.

Saskatchewan is the only Canadian province that does not observe the time change – staying in standard time all year long.

Local fire departments say it’s also a good time to make sure you put fresh batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
