Regional Police say almost a hundred people have been caught this year going at least 50 kilometres per hour over the speed limit.
In a tweet today, police say of the 91 people charged for that offense since January 1st, more than half were caught burning down streets where the speed limit was 50 or 60 kp/h.
Three people were caught doing at least 90 in a 40-zone.
And one person was caught going 200 in a 100-zone.
These numbers do not include speeders going less than 50 ‘clicks’ above the limit.
