OPP search for federal offender, known to frequent GTA and Windsor

OPP are asking for our help with tracking down a federal inmate who has been unlawfully at large since last April.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says Gurfathe Singh Kooner is at large on a three-year federal sentence for firearms charges.
Kooner is also wanted by Windsor Police for multiple charges– including uttering death threats and fraud over $5,000.
The 31-year-old is described as being Middle Eastern, around 6″3, with brown eyes, and a shaved head. He has several tattoos including a tiger on his right forearm, and the word ‘Punjabi’ on the right side of his neck.
Kooner is known to frequent the GTA and the Windsor area.
