Over 100 charges laid during Laurier homecoming

Over 100 Provincial Offence Act and Bylaw charges were laid during recent homecoming celebrations at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Waterloo Regional Police say 49 of those charges were for having open liquor.
Police also issued 37 tickets for various traffic offences and dealt with ten noise complaints during the weekend of September 24th.
Meantime, three kegs were seized from parties that did not have the proper license to sell liquor.
This past weekend was homecoming at the University of Waterloo.
