North Perth man faces child porn and luring charges

OPP have arrested a 54-year-old North Perth man on child porn and luring charges after a search of a home in Listowel.

John Paul Stone faces charges including two counts of luring a person under 16 years of age, seven counts of agreement of arrangement – sexual offence against a child, five counts of procure to have illicit sexual intercourse, makes, prints, publishes or possesses for the purpose of publication any child pornography, imports, distributes, sells or possesses for the purpose of distribution or sale any child pornography.

He appeared in court last Tuesday, where he was released on Recognizance.

He’s set to appear in a Listowel court Friday where he will answer to the charges.
