Man robbed while out for a walk in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police are hunting for several suspects after a male was robbed while out for a walk in Kitchener.

Police say the victim was walking on Ottawa Street South near Westmount just before 9:30 last night when he was approached by several black males.

Police say they demanded he hand over his money and then proceeded to punch and kick him.

Police say he suffered minor injuries.

The suspects were last seen walking on Chandler Drive.
