Eastbound 401 reopens near Milton after major crash

A major crash closed all eastbound lanes of Highway 401 at James Snow Parkway in Milton for nearly five hours on Monday.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt told 570 News that two cars and a transport truck were involved in the collision, which happened around 5:45 p.m.

Police say the driver in one of the cars suffered critical injuries, the driver in the second car suffered serious injuries and the driver of the transport truck has minor injuries.
