Driver facing charge after sisters hit in Kitchener

A 17-year-old girl and her three-year-old sister were struck by a car in Kitchener on Thursday night.

Waterloo Regional Police say the pair were crossing Blockline Road at Kingswood Drive at about 7:30pm when they were hit. Both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

A 60-year-old Kitchener man is facing a charge of failing to yield to a pedestrian.
